Approach

We are privately held with no external mandates to pursue. Our assets are owned directly and managed by the principals of the group. We favour a long hold horizon, patient capital deployment, and an active role in the operation of every property we own. This structure allows us to act with discretion, move without committee, and maintain the standards we set for ourselves.
